Auto Collect Deposits on Storefront

Enabling Deposit Auto-Collecting

To allow customers to submit payment as a deposit when creating an order on the storefront, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Storefront tab in Admin Settings

  2. Click the Pencil Icon above Site Settings

2. Make sure Allow Unavailable is unchecked. This ensures that there is no quote period and it goes straight to reservation

3. Click "Submit"

4. Click the Page tab

5. Scroll down and click the Pencil Icon above Checkout Page

5. Check the Autocollect Deposit box

This will allow customers to provide payment up front as a deposit when creating an order. When the reservation is created you will view the deposit as an option to use when processing payment for an invoice.
