How do I create and send my Customers Forms to complete?

See this article to send customers different kinds of forms, such as a Credit Application, Credit Card Authorization form or anything else

Create a Form Template Request

  1. Select the "Admin" tab on the left hand side.

  2. Select "Customer" under "Admin Settings"

  3. Press the "+ New Form" button to the right side of "Forms."

  4. Write in the Form Name and an Email Introduction. This text will be placed in the email / texts that get sent in form requests.

  5. Upload the desired blank form

  6. Press "Save" in the top right hand corner.

You can preview the email to see what Renterra will send your customer when you request a form via email by clicking "Preview Email"!

Sending a Form Request

Once you have created a Form Template, you will be able to send a request to your customer to upload the desired form. To do so, complete the following steps:

  1. Navigate to the Customer's individual page.

  2. Select the three dots in the top right hand corner next to "+ Add New Contact."

  3. Press "Send Form Request" from the menu.

  4. Select the appropriate form from the drop-down menu.

  5. Send the form via Email or Text.

You will get a notification when the form is submitted and it will be stored in the "Media" section of "Settings" for that Customer.
