How do I change if Call-Off is required just for Delivery Orders or for all Orders?

You may wish to have Call-Off be possible even when the customer is dropping off the item. To do so, please follow the below steps.

Editing Call-Off Settings

  1. Go to Admin.

  2. Go to Orders.

  3. Under the General box, press the pencil icon.

  4. Click the checkbox to Always Require Calloff if you want Calloff to be required even for customer drop-off orders

  5. Press Submit in the top right hand corner.
