Aircall is available to enabled organizations. Contact support if the integration is not available in your account.
The Aircall integration brings supported calls from your assigned Aircall numbers into Renterra Communications. Your team keeps using Aircall for calling and can review imported history in the same system they use to manage rental customers and orders.
Review call history
Open Communications, then Calls. Find the call you need and review its available details, including direction, caller information, time, and duration. Supported calls can include answered and missed calls; anonymous callers may not have identifying information.
Aircall's reported duration can include ringing time. Internal Aircall calls are not exposed by this integration.
Listen to recordings and voicemails
Open an imported call, select Open conversation, and select Call recording on the call message to access its available recording. Use Voicemail in the Calls panel to review available voicemail history.
Recordings must exist in Aircall and be accessible to the integration. Your Aircall recording configuration and retention policies affect availability. A missing recording does not necessarily mean the call failed to import.
Enable recording for the relevant calls in your Aircall number settings before making the call. Turning recording on later does not recover earlier, unrecorded audio. Renterra transcribes imported recordings; Aircall's own transcription setting is not required.
Review transcripts
Eligible recordings are queued for transcription after Renterra archives them. Open the available transcript to review what was discussed. Processing may take time, and a call without an available recording may not have a transcript.
Transcripts can contain recognition errors. Verify important dates, quantities, prices, and commitments against the recording.
When available, a call summary highlights the conversation's main point. Review the transcript or recording before acting on important details.
Follow up with context
Use the call history and available transcript to revisit a customer's request, prepare a follow-up, or hand a conversation to a teammate. Renterra access rules still control what each teammate can view.
Understand synchronization
History is imported periodically; it is not a live call feed.
The initial import can cover up to six months of retained Aircall history.
Only phone numbers assigned to the installed Aircall integration are imported.
Available recordings can arrive after the call record; later syncs check recent history again.
An administrator can check connection status and request a sync in Settings → Communications → Phone Numbers → Manage → Integrations.
What this integration does not do
It does not replace Aircall as your phone system.
It does not enable Aircall dialing inside Renterra.
It does not port Aircall numbers to Renterra or enable Renterra Voice on those numbers.
It does not guarantee that all historical calls, recordings, or transcripts are available.
Disconnecting
Disconnecting stops future imports and removes Renterra's saved credential. Previously imported history remains in Renterra. Administrators can also remove the installed app from the Aircall Dashboard to revoke provider access.
