How to Flag a Customer's Account as Undesirable
In order to flag a customer's account, please follow the steps below.
Step 1: Enter the Customer's Page
To begin, navigate to the customer's page. This can typically be found by searching for the customer's name or account number in the search bar.
Step 2: Select the Three Dots
In the top right hand corner of the customer's page, you will see three dots. Click on these dots to access a drop-down menu.
Step 3: Go into "Settings"
In the drop-down menu, select "Settings." This will take you to the customer's account settings page.
Step 4: Select the Pencil Icon
Under the "Status" section, you will see a pencil icon. Click on this icon to edit the customer's status.
Step 5: Select "Undesirable" from the Dropdown
In the status dropdown, select "Undesirable" to flag the customer's account. This will prohibit them from being added to future orders.
Step 6: Submit the Changes
Once you have selected "Undesirable" as the customer's status, click on the "Submit" button in the top right hand corner to save the changes.
Note: Orders will not be able to be created for Customers who are marked as "Undesirable"
That's it! The customer's account has now been flagged as "Undesirable" and they will not be able to be added to future orders unless their status is changed.
