Changing the Cycle Bill creation date setting
Go to Admin.
Go to Orders.
Select the pencil icon under the Billing Strategies box.
Under Cycle Strategy, select "21 Days."
Press "Submit" in the top right hand corner.
If you want to create a Cycle Bill on a date that is different than the end of the cycle or 21 days into the cycle, you will have to manually create the Cycle Bill from the Order page
