While we don't have any 3rd-party signature pad integrations, we do have a couple of options that may be even easier & cheaper!
Collecting a Contract e-Signature at the Counter
Send to the Customer to e-Sign on their Device
Email or SMS the contract directly to the customer. They will get a message to e-Sign the contract on their own device. Once they have e-Signed, you will get a notification on your system that the contract has been e-Signed.
Collecting on your Device
Set up a small tablet or phone at your counter set-up with the mobile app. Once a Quote or Reservation is created, you can select the customer's ticket from the Checkout or Delivery tab and click the "Click Here to Open And Sign Contract" button to collect a digital signature at the counter.
Collecting a Contract e-Signature in the Yard or at the Job Site
You can collect contract e-Signatures directly in the mobile app with a customer in the Yard while checking a customer out or at the job-site while making a delivery!
If a contract has not previously been signed, it will warn you that the "Contract is un-signed" [see example below] and you can click the button below to directly collect a signature on your mobile app.
