With our system, you can easily print, email, or text the rental contract for e-Signature, making the process quick and efficient. In this article, we will guide you through the steps to print or send the rental contract and how to mark a printed contract as signed.

If you prefer to have a physical copy of the contract, you can also print it. Simply click the “Print” button and the contract will be sent to your printer. You can then have the customer sign it manually.

If the contract is printed and signed manually, you must indicate that it has been signed in the system. To do this, click the “Confirm Manual Signature” button. This will mark the contract as signed and move the order to the next stage.

Once the rental is confirmed, you can choose to either email or SMS the contract for e-Signature to the customer. To do this, click the “Send Contract” button and enter the customer's email address or phone number. The customer will then receive a link to the contract where they can electronically sign it.

If the customer electronically signs the contract, the system will automatically recognize it as being signed. This will save you time and effort, as you won't need to manually confirm the signature.
