Automatically Closing Orders
It is possible to define a schedule to automatically Close an Order once it has been Completed after a given amount of days. However, it is important to note that orders with outstanding balances cannot be automatically closed.
Configuration Automation
To set up the automation for closing Completed Orders, follow these steps:
1. Log in as an admin and navigate to the Admin page.
2. Click on the Order subpage to manage the automation settings.
3. Navigate to Automation --> Close Orders
4. Specify the number of days after an order is Completed to trigger the move to an expired order. This can be any positive number.
4. To disable the automation at any time, simply remove the value.
Note: Orders with Outstanding balances will not be automatically Closed even if automation is turned on
