At Renterra, we love and value your feedback! You may have an idea that Renterra could implement in the future or want to share any other feedback. There are two ways in which you can do this.
Roadmap
Click on "Roadmap" in the bottom left hand corner. This will open up a new page to show what we are currently working on and have planned.
Utilize the "Submit feedback or ideas" box in order to send us your message.
This page will also allow you to vote on any current ideas that you are interested in seeing, just click the up arrow next to anything listed.

Chat Feature
Select the Help button on the bottom right hand side where you found the Helpdesk.
Select "Chat" on the top left of the pop up.
Type out your message to someone who can see your message live.
