You can tag Salespeople to Customers or specific Orders within Renterra. See below for instructions on the different processes:
Tagging a Salesperson to a Specific Order
The process for tagging a salesperson to a specific Order differs from the process of tagging them to a Customer. Here's how to do it:
Navigate to the Order which you would like to assign a salesperson
Within the order, select the "Settings" tab at the top of the screen
Select the pencil icon on the "Options" section of the page. This will then open up drawer with settings on the right side of the screen
Utilize the "Sales Person" drop down box in order to tag a salesperson to the specific order.
Select "Submit" in the top right corner of the screen

To tag a salesperson to a specific customer, follow these steps:
Navigate to the Customer's page you would like to assign a salesperson to
Within the Customer page, select the pencil icon within the "Account Information" section
Under "Commission," utilize the "Sales Person" drop down box in order to tag a salesperson to the specific customer
Select "Submit" in the top right corner of the screen
Note: Even if a Salesperson is assigned to a specific Customer, it can be overridden on the Order level.
