How do I change which month and day definitions are used for billing purposes?

You may want to change between monthly billing utilizing a calendar month or four weeks. You may also want to exclude or include weekends or Sundays from the number of days that are billed for. In order to toggle between these settings, please follow the below instructions.

  1. If you are an administrator for your organization, click the "Admin" option on the left hand side.

  2. Select the "Orders" options in the submenu.

  3. Select the pencil icon within the "Billing Strategies" box. This will then open up a drawer on the right hand side.

  4. Select the circle options under "Daily Billing" and "Month Definition" which correspond with your business operations.

  5. Click "Submit" in the top right corner of the screen.
