You may want to change whether the billing for how the charges for Delivery & Pick-up are calculated. If you would make these kinds of changes, please follow the below steps.
If you are an administrator for your organization, click the "Admin" option on the left hand side.
Select the "Orders" options in the submenu.
Select the pencil icon within the "Dispatch Fees" box. This will then open up a drawer on the right hand side.
Using the checkbox, indicate if the Dispatch Fee is Tax Exempt or not.
You can use one, or a combination, of a Fixed Fee, % of Rental, or Per Mile to set up your delivery charges
If you are charging per mile, under "Mileage," type in the cost per mile within the text box
You can also included the number of "Miles Included" (e.g. if you charge a flat-rate of $50 in town, but charge $3 / mile after the first 10 miles, you would note 10 miles included)
Click "Submit" in the top right corner of the screen.
