How to Update a Customer's Information

Updating a customer's information is a simple process that can be done in just a few steps. Whether you need to change their contact information, update their billing details, or make any other changes, this guide will walk you through the process.

To begin, you will need to navigate to the specific customer page that you need to update. There are two ways to do this:

Viewing All Contacts for the Customer

Once you are on the customer page, click on the "View All" button in the Primary Contact portion of the page. This will bring up a list of all the contacts associated with this customer.

Changing the Primary Contact

To change the primary contact, simply click on the star icon next to the contact's name. This will make them the primary contact for the customer. You should now see their name displayed on the main customer screen.
