How do I edit the Point of Contact or Logistics on an Order?

Changing the Point of Contact

If you need to update or change the Point of Contact for an order, it's a simple process. This can be done for a variety of reasons, such as updating the phone number to text a rental contract or changing the email address to send an invoice.

To make these changes, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Order in question

  2. Go to the Customer section within that Order

  3. Click on the Pencil Icon and a drawer to modify information will appear

  4. Once you have made the necessary changes, click "Submit" and the Point of Contact will be updated for the order.

Changing the Logistics Information

If you need to make changes to the job-site or delivery/pick up selections for an order, you can easily do so on the Individual Order Page.

To change the logistics information, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Order in question

  2. Go to the Logistics section within that Order

  3. Click on the Pencil Icon and a drawer to modify information will appear

  4. Once you have made the necessary changes, click "Submit" and the Point of Contact will be updated for the order.

Once you have made the necessary changes, click "Submit" and the billing summary will update to reflect any changes, such as adding a pickup charge.
