In the Check-In tab of the mobile app, click on the card that has the Check-In you are doing or search for an Item / Order.
Select the items you are bringing back. (this will only appear if there is more than one item)
Enter the information listed (e.g. meter reading, Date / Time, Status Tag)
Take / Upload any photos of the Check In process
Press Confirm
During the check-in process you will be asked to select the "Status Tag" for that Item. You have two options:
“Ok for Rent”: If the Item does not need any further inspection and is ready to rent
“For Review”: If the Item has an issue or should undergo a regular post-rental inspection process
If an Item is marked as “For Review”, it will appear in the Maintenance “Items in Review” or “Red Tags - For Review” list
From there, you can either mark that item as available, clearing it for rent, or create a Work Order on that Item.
