How do I do a Check-In in the Renterra mobile app? What is the “Status Tag" during Check-In? What happens if I put mark an Item “For Review”?

  1. In the Check-In tab of the mobile app, click on the card that has the Check-In you are doing or search for an Item / Order.

  2. Select the items you are bringing back. (this will only appear if there is more than one item)

  3. Enter the information listed (e.g. meter reading, Date / Time, Status Tag)

  4. Take / Upload any photos of the Check In process

  5. Press Confirm

During the check-in process you will be asked to select the "Status Tag" for that Item. You have two options:

  • Ok for Rent”: If the Item does not need any further inspection and is ready to rent

  • For Review”: If the Item has an issue or should undergo a regular post-rental inspection process

If an Item is marked as “For Review”, it will appear in the Maintenance “Items in Review” or “Red Tags - For Review” list

From there, you can either mark that item as available, clearing it for rent, or create a Work Order on that Item.
