How to Do a Delivery or Pick Up in the Renterra Mobile App
Step 1: Navigate to the Delivery or Pick Up Tab
Open the Renterra mobile app, select the menu icon in the top right and click on the Delivery or Pick Up tab, depending on the task you need to complete.
Step 2: Select the Appropriate Card
In the Delivery or Pick Up tab, you will see a list of cards representing different deliveries or pick ups. Click on the card that corresponds to the task you are doing.
Step 3: Choose the Items to Deliver or Pick Up
If there is more than one item to deliver or pick up, you will see a list of items on the screen. Select the items you need to complete the task.
Step 4: Enter the Time, Take / Upload Photos and Add Notes
Next, enter the time for the delivery or pick up and take/upload any required photos. You can also add any notes or additional details in this step.
Warning: You must wait for the green success indicator (e.g. "Delivery Confirmed") to appear before navigating off this page upon confirming. If you don't and you have attempted to upload images, they will not upload.
Step 5: Confirm the Task
Once you have entered all the necessary information, click on the "Confirm" button to complete the task.
It's important to note that this process is the same for both deliveries and pick ups. The only difference is that you will need to navigate to the appropriate tab in the mobile app.
Completing Tasks on the Computer Version
If you prefer to use the computer version of Renterra, you can still complete deliveries and pick ups using the same process. Simply log in to your account on the Renterra website and follow the steps outlined above. The mobile app view will appear as a drawer on your screen, making it easy to complete tasks on the go.
