Maintenance in the Renterra Mobile App
When it comes to managing your rental properties, Renterra has you covered. With our mobile app, you can easily take care of maintenance tasks on the go. Whether you're out in the field or sitting at your desk, you can use the app to complete your maintenance work.
Using the Maintenance Section
The Maintenance section in the mobile app is designed to function similarly to the Maintenance section in the Renterra desktop version. This means that you can complete all of your maintenance tasks using either your phone or computer, whichever is most convenient for you.
Creating a Maintenance Request
To create a new maintenance request, tap on the "New Request" button in the top right corner of the screen. You'll be prompted to enter the details of the request, such as the type of maintenance needed and any additional notes. Once you've entered all the necessary information, tap "Submit" to create the request.
