The Renterra QuickBooks Online (QBO) integration converts the general ledger entries, aggregated by account type (e.g. Rental Income, Sale Income) into a QuickBooks Journal Entry with line items for each ledger account type.
When Automation is enabled, the sync will happen each day at 3am EST.
The sync to QBO is one way, we only send data to QBO and will not receive data.
Data is attached to a new customer, named "Renterra - Customer" for all transactions.
Account Type Mappings
When syncing QuickBooks Online we optionally create a number of Accounts to use (these accounts are prefixed with "Renterra - "), unless custom account mappings are specified on the QuickBooks Integration page.
Each ledger account is listed with its current mapping and allows you to pick any of your existing QuickBooks Online Accounts after you have authorized your account.
Default Account Mappings
Our default accounts which are setup if we cannot find the expected account name to sync ledger entries too.
We only use the Account Names to sync data. This allows you to change the Account Type / Detail Type to better match your personal setup
