While an Order is in the Quote stage, you can swap out the Customer.
On the Order Page, Under Customer, press "Swap Customer."
Search for the Customer you would like to swap in, using the dropbox.
Press "Submit" in the top right hand corner.
Once the Order is in Reservation stage, you would need to Cancel the Reservation and recreate the Order to change the Customer
