If you are processing through Renterra, you can check payment and payout details within the Payment Processing Portal.
Payments: Individual payments / transactions done via Credit Card or ACH processed through the Renterra system
Payouts: The amount that will be deposited into your bank. This may be a collection of Payments (less processing fees)
Note: A Payout simply means the funds have successfully been sent to your bank, but may take a few business days to actually arrive in your bank account
To view Payments and Payouts, follow the below steps:
Go to Admin and then Account.
Press the Payment Processing Portal button under the Billing section.
Log into the Payment Processing Portal.
Your log in information here may be different from Renterra
Use the Payments tab to see individual payments.
Use the Payouts tab to find payments and the transactions included in them.
At the top of the page, filter for dates or use the search bar for what you are looking for.
