Editing Rental / Sale Item Pricing on an Order
While an Order is in the Quote or Reservation stage, there is a pencil icon next to each line item. Upon clicking that line item, you can change the price / rate structure for that item on that particular order or set a fixed price.
This will only change the pricing for that Order, not permanently adjust the pricing in the inventory.
Editing Other Line Items (e.g. Delivery, Damage Waiver, Fees) on an Order
To edit non-Rental / Sale line items on an Order, leverage the "Edit Billing" button located under the Billing Summary
After the order is Closed, if the pricing should be changed in any way, you can “Issue Credit Memo” to adjust the pricing to reflect any necessary adjustments.
