When you receive payouts to your bank through our payment processing system, you may wish to check which transactions are included for reconciliation purposes. In order to check, please follow the below steps:
Using the Payments Tab within Renterra
Go to "Invoices" on the left hand side
Select the "Payments" tab on the top
Review the "Payout Complete" column to see if the payment is included in a Payout or not
Checking the Partner Processor's Payment Portal
Select "Admin" from the left hand side.
Under the "Account" tab, press the button for "Payment Processing Portal." This will take you to Tilled, and your log-in information will likely be different from your password to Renterra.
Within Tilled, press the tab on the left hand side called "Payouts."
Select the payout you are interested in and then scroll down to see the Transaction Summary and each Transaction included.
You will only be able to do this if you are an Admin on Renterra, have a login to the payment processing account, and are using Renterra's partner payment processor.
