Note: Maintenance Schedules are only available on Serial items.
To schedule recurring maintenance items, you can use the Scheduled Maintenance feature of Renterra. Scheduled Maintenance allows you to specify a repeat interval on serial items in your inventory, and automatically generate work orders each time the item exceeds this interval. To use the Scheduled Maintenance feature:
Visit the Inventory section from Renterra's navigation sidebar.
Choose a Serial Item.
On the item's detail page, you will see a section called Scheduled Maintenance.
Click the Add button and follow the on-screen instructions to configure your schedule.
Maintenance Schedules can be set according to a meter interval, time interval, or # of rental interval
