An Item’s status appears wrong? How do I manually change an Item’s status?

An Item’s status will change automatically depending on the actions made involving an Item on an Order or Work Order. However, in the event that an Item’s status appears to be wrong, you can manually change an Item’s status.

  1. Navigate to an individual Item Page

  2. Go to Settings.

  3. Hit the pencil icon in the corner of the panel that has the Item’s status written. There will be a dropdown to then adjust the Item’s status.

When you create a Item, the default status will be Available
