Order Started: This term refers to the moment when you click on the "New Order" button in the top right hand corner of the screen. This action marks the beginning of the ordering process.

Order Created: This term is used to describe the moment when the order is officially saved in Renterra. This can happen in two ways: by creating a Quote or by making a Reservation. Once the order is saved, it will appear in the Order Timeline for future reference.
