Overdue Orders

On the Orders tab, you may see a red exclamation mark next to some Orders. This indicates that the Order is Overdue and that a piece of equipment that was meant to be returned is still not back (or has not been called-off / picked up / checked-in in the Renterra system).

An overdue order is an order that has not been completed within the expected timeframe. This can happen for a variety of reasons, such as the equipment not being returned on time or not being checked-in properly.

What should I do if I see an Overdue Order?

If you see an Overdue Order, it is important to take action as soon as possible. The first step is to contact the customer and remind them of the expected return date. If the equipment has not been returned, you can arrange for it to be picked up or ask the customer to return it to the designated drop-off location. If needed, you can also extend the dates on the Order.

Items not at the Right Location

If an Order has items on it that are not currently at the location / branch, you will be warned as well! You can always transfer items to ensure they are at the correct branch for pickup or delivery.

If the items will be delivered from multiple locations, you can ignore the warning
