What is the "Yard"?
The "Yard" is a feature within our platform that allows you to get a big picture overview of what is happening with your equipment. It is located on the left hand side of the screen, and can be accessed by clicking on the "Yard" tab.
Within the Yard, you will find four sections: "Going Out," "Coming In," "Needs Review," and "Maintenance." These sections are designed to help you stay organized and on top of your equipment's status.
One of the great things about the Yard is that you can filter the view by date range and location. This allows you to easily see what is happening with your equipment at a specific time and place. This feature is especially useful for companies with multiple locations or a large fleet of equipment.
Many companies find it helpful to have the Yard View displayed on a large screen for their operation. This allows them to monitor what is actively happening with their equipment in real time. It can also serve as a visual reminder for any items that need attention.
