Once an Item is On Rent, you can Call-off, Extend, or Check-in that item depending on the needs of the customer. Follow the steps below to learn how to manage items on rent.
Calling Off an Item
The "Call-off" button will only appear if the Order requires pick-up.
Once the item has been called off, a pick-up ticket will automatically be created in the field app. This will allow for a smooth and efficient pick-up process.
Extending an Item
If you need to extend the rental period for an item, go to the Order and use the calendar icon to edit dates.
Checking In an Item
Checking in an item is a crucial step in managing items on rent. This step should be done regardless of if the customer drops the items back or if your dispatch driver drops them off.
