When an Order requires pick-up at at the end of the rental, you will need to press the "Call-Off" button to indicate to your drivers that the Item(s) are ready for pick-up.
"Call-Off" means that the customer is done using the item. You can Call-Off so that they do not get charged for any extra time if you pick up later.
Note: The Billing End time on an Item is the time the Call-Off happens, not the time that the item is eventually picked up
