Add parts to inventory, integrate parts with works orders, and sell parts directly.

Renterra allows you to easily track, add, and manage parts. This guide will walk you through adding parts as inventory and utilizing parts on work orders

Adding Parts to Inventory

  1. On the left hand side, click "Inventory."

  2. At the top of the page, toggle over to "Parts."

  3. In the top right hand corner, press the button for "+ New Part."

  4. Add in Part Information and press "Submit" in the top right hand corner.

Adding Parts to Work Orders

  1. Go into the Work Order.

  2. On the Right side, under Billing Summary, press the button for "Add Line Items."

  3. Click the button for "Parts/Materials."

  4. Use the text box to search for the Part you want to add.

  5. On the Item that pops up, click "Add Item."

  6. Type in the quantity and click "Complete."
